As a dedicated artist, I have always believed in the power of creativity and integrity in my work. However, recent events have shown me just how vital it is to protect the rights and respect that every artist deserves. Here’s the story of what I’ve been through over the past eight years, and why it’s a battle worth fighting:

1. My Work Was Distributed Without My Consent
For the past eight years, my music was distributed and used across platforms without my permission. My intellectual property was exploited without any formal agreement, and my name was used in the process—without any of the respect or recognition I’m entitled to as the creator.

2. Repeated Requests for Licenses Were Ignored
I reached out multiple times, requesting licenses and documentation for the use of my content. Instead of proper communication, the response I received was nothing short of disrespectful: a simple “Sue me.” This is the kind of response that only further underscores how some entities view artists’ rights as expendable.

3. They Ignored My Efforts to Resolve the Issue Amicably
For over a month, I tried to resolve this issue amicably, seeking a fair and just solution. Unfortunately, my attempts were met with complete disregard. This was never about escalating the situation unnecessarily, but I reached a point where there were no other options left but to take legal steps.

4. YouTube Channel Terminated
The platform that was used to distribute my content—YouTube—has now terminated the channel associated with this unauthorized distribution. This decision was not just about the violation of my rights, but also a reflection of the broader implications of failing to respect intellectual property laws.

5. Pursuing Full Accountability
I’ve made it clear: I will pursue full accountability for those responsible for infringing upon my rights as an artist. This is not only about securing what’s mine, but also about ensuring that no one else has to face the same disrespect and exploitation. Artists deserve respect, recognition, and the legal protections that come with their hard work.

Why This Matters
This case is not just mine; it’s a wake-up call for Psytrance artists everywhere. When our rights are disregarded, it creates a toxic environment where creativity is undervalued. But standing up for what’s right is the only way to change this narrative. The fight for artistic rights is ongoing, and I will continue to push forward for what’s just.

I am grateful for the continued support from my fans, peers, and fellow artists as we navigate this situation. Stay tuned as this journey unfolds, and let’s continue to raise awareness for the importance of protecting the work we create.
